SV Qualifications
Volunteers must be undergraduate, Master’s, or Ph.D. students during the 2004-2005 academic year.
All students, regardless of discipline, are encouraged to apply. No experience is required.
We are looking for enthusiastic, intelligent, reliable people. Volunteers must commit to one day and a half of work out of the three days conference between 8 - 10 November 2004.

Note:  The deadline for Student Volunteer applications has now passed.  We cannot accept any more applications.
 
SV benefits
As Student Volunteer you get a free conference fee.
We assure you half of the time of the conference (one day an a half aprox.) of free time to actively participate at the conference program.

 
SV tasks
Student Volunteers are expected to:
  1. Day 1: Assist in Tutorial & Workshop day
  2. Day 1: Prepare bags for registration
  3. Day 2: Assist in the registration desk
  4. Day 2 -3: Assist conference attendees and support conference programs and events

  1. Contact Information: Name, address, country, daytime phone number, e-mail
  2. Experience: Have you been an SV before? Where?
  3. Languages spoken: We are now looking ONLY for DUTCH-SPEAKING students
  4. Affiliation: School, department, status (full time/part-time)
  5. Student proof: a valid, dated student identification card or a letter from your university or school must be presented (faxed) when registering at the conference.
