Conference fees

Registration Options

Conference Student Fee (early/late) Students must provide proof of full-time status, such as a student identification card. Prior to 1 November 2004 a letter or other document showing current full-time status must be faxed or mailed to the Congress Office TU/e. Workshop and Tutorial options (only one option possible) W1: Life-Like Robots in Ambient Intelligent Environments W2: cancelled W3: AmI Technologies for Well-Being at Home W4: Ambient Intelligence: In the Service of Man? T1: Radio Frequency Identification - Morning T2: Designing and Implementing an Intelligent Ubiquitous Information System in Java - Afternoon T3: What does it Mean to See? A Review of the Emergence of Computer Vision as a Scientific Discipline - Afternoon T4: Combination of T1 and T2 - Full day T5: Combination of T1 and T3 - Full day T6: Physical Interface Development - Full Day Notes: The workshops and tutorials only run when a minimum of six participants register for them. The go/no-go decision for the workshop will be taken as soon as the early-registration deadline elapses. In case of cancellation, the fee will be refunded. Registration for workshops is only allowed after notification of acceptance by the workshop organizers. Workshop and tutorial participants are required to register for the main conference (either as regular or student participant if applicable). A workshop/tutorial only registration is not possible. There are no students fees available for the workshops and tutorials. Please, note that on-site registration for workshops, tutorials or conference is not possible. Contact the organization after the late registration deadline has expired. Registration fees cannot be refunded after the early registration deadline.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% refund will only be made for cancellations made in writing and received at the address of the Congress Office TU/e on or before 1 October 2004. After this date no refund can be provided. To prevent 'no-show' this refund will be made to authors of papers only when at least one of the co-authors of their paper is registered for EUSAI 2004. Approved refunds will only be made after the conference.

Accommodation booking through the on-line registration forms. Three different hotels are available at reduced rates.
